HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Once we receive your payment, your order is shipped by courier. Normal delivery takes between 48 – 72 hours.
HOW DO I USE THE PRODUCT?
It is always a good idea to read up on the product you are purchasing or to search videos on how to use the product correctly. If, after that, you still have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email and we will be happy to advise you.
DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
YES, our products are priced on wholesale pricing and you are welcome to order any quantity you wish. If you would like a quote first, please send us an email.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it (please ensure you keep packaging) within 7 days of delivery. In such event, we will arrange for collection and delivery of the replacement order. We unfortunately do not do refunds.
