Where can I buy physiotherapy and strapping supplies online in South Africa?+
Peak Performance Products supplies physiotherapists, clinics, schools, sports clubs and athletes throughout South Africa through ppproducts.co.za. The shop is organised into Rehab and Physiotherapy Products, Tape (with K-Tape and EAB Tape), First Aid Kit and Sport accessories. All prices are in South African Rand. What is the difference between EAB tape and kinesiology tape?+
EAB (elastic adhesive bandage) is used for support and compression — our LB EAB Tape range is described as an advanced elastic adhesive bandage giving support to the ankle, knee, wrist and shoulder. Kinesiology tape (K-Tape) is a therapeutic elastic tape used for sports injury support and compression, applied to work with the movement rather than restrict it. We stock both, plus rigid strapping tape where no stretch is wanted.
Which tape should I use for ankle, knee, wrist or shoulder support?+
Our LB EAB Tape range is made for exactly those joints — it is described as an elastic adhesive bandage and sports bandage giving support to the ankle, knee, wrist and shoulder. It comes in 50mm, 75mm and 100mm widths, so you can match the width to the joint, and there is a lighter-weight version (LB EAB Light Tape, in black) where less bulk is wanted.
What widths does your EAB tape come in?+
50mm, 75mm and 100mm in the standard LB EAB Tape, and 50mm and 75mm in the LB EAB Light Tape Black. Wider tape suits larger joints and bulkier strapping; narrower suits wrists and smaller applications.
How many kinesiology tapes do you stock?+
The K-Tape category on ppproducts.co.za currently lists 13 products, including the LB Tape range in colours such as blue 5cm — a therapeutic elastic tape for sports injury support and compression.
Do you sell tape scissors?+
Yes. LB Tape Scissors are designed specifically for cutting and trimming K-Tape and EAB Tape, so the blades do not gum up the way general-purpose scissors do.
What foam roller do you stock, and what is it used for?+
The LB Foam Roller (SKU ppp-005) is a Trigger Point Grid 2-in-1 foam roller for massage, yoga, Pilates, gym, and pre- and post-exercise work. It sits in the Rehab and Physiotherapy Products category and is priced at R228.22. It is currently out of stock — email us to be told when it lands.
What do you stock for calf and lower leg injuries?+
PPP Heel Raisers are listed under both Rehab and Physiotherapy Products and Sport accessories, for calf support, leg support and lower leg injuries. They are a simple way to offload the calf and Achilles during rehabilitation.
Can you brand first aid bags with our school or club logo?+

How long does production take on made-to-order items?+
Production on the LB Physio On-field Sling Bag can take up to 7 to 14 workdays, and it is currently available on back-order. Lead times on other made-to-order or personalised items are confirmed when you order.
Is there an alternative to an ice bath for team recovery?+
Yes — the icebein Recovery System. It is a unique all-in-one cryo recovery system: a chiller and a pair of Legs, connected so cooled water circulates continuously, cooling all the muscles, tendons and ligaments of the legs and glutes holistically and evenly.
